Parker will be leaving our practice effective July 10, 2026 to be closer to home for her

family.

We want to thank Dr. Parker for her service and the care that she has provided to our

patients over the past 18 years. Our primary goal during this transition is to ensure that

you continue to receive the high-quality, uninterrupted medical care you expect from us.

What does this mean for you:

• As a patient of Digby Eye Associates, your medical records remain securely on

file here. Our physicians continue to have full access to your history to ensure

continuity of care.

• If you have an upcoming appointment with Dr. Parker after July 10, 2026 please

contact us to reschedule your appointment with Dr. Samantha Dunnington or Dr.
